2023年5月31日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)（ITC）發(fā)布公告稱，對(duì)特定電子設(shè)備、半導(dǎo)體設(shè)備及其組件（Certain Electronic Devices, Semiconductor Devices, and Components Thereof，調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1340）作出337部分終裁：對(duì)本案行政法官于2023年5月9日作出的初裁（No.28）不予復(fù)審，即基于此前的和解與申請(qǐng)方撤回，終止本案調(diào)查。

2022年10月6日，美國Bell Semiconductor, LLC of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)（美國注冊(cè)專利號(hào)7,231,626、7,260,803），請(qǐng)求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。
