中科院上海營養(yǎng)與健康研究所Andrew Teschendorff研究組（計算系統(tǒng)基因組學(xué)研究組）因工作需要，現(xiàn)公開招聘研究助理1名。工作地點位于上海市徐匯區(qū)岳陽路320號。本研究組在統(tǒng)計學(xué)、癌癥和基因組學(xué)的交叉領(lǐng)域進行尖端前沿研究，特別關(guān)注于統(tǒng)計癌癥表觀基因組學(xué)、單細胞分析和癌癥系統(tǒng)生物學(xué)方向（研究組簡介詳見http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg或https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io）。

崗位職責(zé)：

1. 負責(zé)基礎(chǔ)的研究工作；

2. 負責(zé)秘書職能工作，包括科研項目的日常管理、經(jīng)費預(yù)算及報銷；

3. 負責(zé)實驗室日常管理工作：預(yù)定會議室，購買專用設(shè)備和辦公設(shè)備，安排組會等；

4. 負責(zé)整理研究組長的科研成果，維護與更新研究組網(wǎng)站；

5. 完成研究組長交辦的其他任務(wù)等。

應(yīng)聘要求：

1. 本科或碩士學(xué)歷，計算機或理工科學(xué)位，優(yōu)先考慮計算生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)、統(tǒng)計學(xué)、計算機科學(xué)、物理學(xué)或工程學(xué)背景的申請者；

2. 良好的計算機技能；

3. 擁有R、Bioconductor或Python編程經(jīng)驗者將得到優(yōu)先考慮；

4. 良好的英語口語和書面表達能力；

5. 出色的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力；

6. 團隊合作者。

Job Advertisement: Staff scientist/Research assistant position in Computational Biology

Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen to join the Computational Systems Genomics Lab, headed by Prof Andrew Teschendorff, at the CAS-MPG Partner Institute for Computational Biology, Shanghai. The Computational Systems Genomics Lab carries out cutting-edge research at the interface between Statistics, Cancer and Genomics, with a special focus on Statistical Cancer Epigenomics, Single-Cell Analysis and Cancer Systems Biology (see http://www.picb.ac.cn/compsysg and https://aeteschendorff-lab.github.io). The job entails performing basic research in addition to a number of secretarial duties, including basic accounting and translation from English to Chinese and vice-versa. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to develop their academic career, to perform scientific research in Computational Biology, and to improve your communication skills in English. 

Job Requirements: 

(1) A BSc or MSc degree in a computational/scientific discipline, preferably Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics or Engineering.

(2) Good IT skills.

(3) Programming experience in R, Bioconductor or Python is preferable.

(4) Good oral and written English.

(5) Excellent organizational skills.

(6) Team Player.
